The Objective
A year ago, Edward launched his own roofing company, initially thriving on the strength of referrals. As the momentum slowed, he recognised the need for diversification in client acquisition strategies to scale his business and expand his team. That’s when he partnered with New Way Business Development.
In an intensive eight-week collaboration with New Way, we’ve driven growth by adding two more specialists to his team to boost the work pipeline. Initially, we utilised Google ads as our main marketing approach, but the outcomes didn’t align with our goals. Embracing New Way’s adaptability, we swiftly shifted our focus to Meta ads, a strategy that has successfully accelerated business growth.

The Result
Our collaboration with Edward from On Top Roofing & Cladding initiated with us managing his Google Ads and providing sales guidance to maximise the potential of each opportunity. Despite our initial strategy for Google Ads failing to meet our expectations within the first three weeks, it was still attaining a high ranking on Google Ads insights. We identified that the website Edward had invested in before engaging with us was not converting the traffic optimally.
To rectify this, we swiftly transitioned to showcasing his top-notch work and exceptional service through video and animated ads. This was accompanied by a comprehensive Meta ads strategy, which yielded fantastic results within the first month and has maintained its high performance ever since.
As the leads started to flow in through our marketing strategy, we further partnered on HADOC sales coaching. This allowed us to aid Edward in strategising on how to close his active quotes effectively. Our approach ensured that every lead was pursued persistently and from all possible angles to secure the business.
